Episode Description: Cleveland's wife Loretta has an affair with Quagmire and is secretly caught red-handed by Peter and Brian. When Loretta leaves Cleveland because of how boring he is, Peter decides to teach Cleveland to express his true emotions. His plan, however, seems to work a bit too effectively.
